Application
-
-
Binding Specificity
- pSer474
-
Specificity
- The antibody detects endogenous level of Akt2 only when phosphorylated at serine 474.
-
Purification
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
-
Immunogen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer474 (Q-F-S (p) -Y-S) derived from Human Akt2. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
-
Isotype
- IgG
