  • Application Notes
    Approved: Peptide-ELISA

Usage: Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 37kD band in Human Pancreas lysates after 2 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 53.2kD according to NP_000155.1. The 37kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?

    Not recommended for: IHC-P
