Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
Purpose
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of SMAD3.
Specificity
ELISA and western blot show equivalent reactivity against phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated human Smad3. Expect reactivity against Smad1 and Smad5. Negligible reactivity is seen against other Smad family members.
Cross-Reactivity
Chicken, Cow, Frog, Human, Mouse, Pig, Rat, Zebrafish (Danio rerio)
Characteristics
Antibody Reactive Against Synthetic Peptide.
Immunogen
A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 417-425 of human SMAD3.
