Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of SLIRP.
Specificity
This antibody is useful for Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry paraffin embedded sections. In Western Blot, a band is seen ~12 kDa representing the SLIRP protein. May see additional bands above 45 kDa. In ICC/IF, staining of the mitochondria was observed in U2OS cells. In IHC-P, cytoplasmic and mitochondrial staining was observed in mouse intestine tissue. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer ( pH 6.0) is recommended. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
