Application Notes: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (1:25 - 1:50), WB (1:25 - 1:50)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: Stains a 54kD protein band of cytoskeletal proteins from cell lines in one and two dimensional blots. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:25-1:50. Fix with 4 % formalin or with Bouin solution. Pretreat with 0.1 % pronase, 0.1 % trypsin in PBS or with 0.5 % pepsin in 0.01N HCl.
