    For quantification of apoE in serum/plasma samples and cell culture supernatants using ELISA and for enumeration of human apoE producing cells using ELISpot. E887 is recommended as detection mAb in combination with coating mAb E276 . The antibody is also suitable for immunoprecipitation and Western blot.
