This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Biotin coupled to sepharose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum and Biotinylated IgG.

Store vial at 4° C prior to opening. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). DO NOT FREEZE. Store reagent in the dark. Use subdued lighting during handling and incubation of cells prior to analysis. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date for properly stored material is six (6) months from date of opening Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening.
