Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP), Dot Blot (DB)
Specificity
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Biotin coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum and Biotin conjugated IgG. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).
Immunogen
Biotin conjugated to Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH) Immunogen Type: Other
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity.
