Application Notes Western Blot: 1/500 - 1/1000. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: we recommend methanol fixation for this purpose. Recommended Positive Control: Adrenal gland. Immunoprecipitation: Pre-treatment with 0.1 % w/v SDS and 1 % v/v TritonX 100 required.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
