- PXR can be used for Western blot (50 kDa), gel mobility shift assay, for protein-protein interaction assay and small molecule-protein interaction assays. 1 ng is sufficient for a gel mobility shift assay in a 20 μL reaction, 100 ng is sufficient for a protein-protein interaction assay detected by immuno-blot system. NOTE: The presence of Poly [d(I-C)] in buffers may affect protein functionality and should be avoided.
