|Alternative Name||CD197 / CCR7 (CCR7 Antibody Abstract)|
|Background||CD197 / CCR7 (chemokine receptor 7) is a seven membrane-spanning protein serving as a receptor for chemokines CCL19 and CCL21. It is expressed on most naive T cells, some hematopoietic stem cells, mature dendritic cells, NK cells and some memory T cells and B cells subsets. CD197 plays important roles in development of thymocytes, and regulating the recirculation and homing of lymphocytes and dendritic cells to secondary lymphoid organs.|
|Pathways||Regulation of Actin Filament Polymerization, Positive Regulation of Immune Effector Process|

|Application Notes||The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis.|
The purified antibody is conjugated with R-Phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. The conjugate is purified by size-exclusion chromatography.
