    FLUORESCEIN Antibody was prepared from mouse ascites by Protein A/G chromatography. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-mouse serum, Fluorescein conjugated IgG and Fluorescein conjugated Bovine Serum Albumin.
