    Rabbit Anti-ATF-2 (Phospho-Thr73/55) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ATF-2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 73 or 55.
    Purification
    Rabbit Anti-ATF-2 (Phospho-Thr73/55) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

    Handling Advice
    Briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap because small volumes of antibody will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage.
    Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
