Application Notes:

Western Blot: Approx 170 kDa band observed in Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 166 kDa according to NP_000825.1). Recommended concentration: 2-4 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.

Comment:

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoskeleton/ cytoplasm of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
