    Western Blotting (WB), ELISA
    Specificity
The antibody is directed against the phosphorylated form of human PPAR gamma at the S273 residue. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with rat, mouse, primate, human, dog, bovine, and pig based on 100 % sequence homology. Cross-reactivity with PPAR gamma pS273 from other sources has not been determined.
    Purification
    Immunoaffinity purified
    Immunogen
Anti-PPAR gamma pS273 affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region of human PPARG protein.

    Type of Immunogen: Synthetic peptide
