Immunofluorescence: 1-10 μg/mL. Flow cytometry: fixed cells only (acetone fixed cells). Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL (ECL). Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, paraffin): 5-10 μg/mL, APAAP. HIER required Citrate buffer,  pH 6.0. Supershift assay: 0.5-1 μg/mL.
