Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP)
    Specificity
Specific for the 65kD, DNA binding subunit of human NFkB (also referred to as Rel A). Reactivity with other endogenous proteins has not been detected. Based on sequenced homology, reactivity with NFkB from mouse and rat appears likely.
    Purification
    Immunoaffinity purified
    Immunogen
A recombinant protein derived from the carboxyl terminal portion of the human NFkB protein.

    Type of Immunogen: Recombinant protein

  • Application Notes
    Approved: ELISA (0.1 - 1 μg/mL), IHC (0.5 - 2 μg/mL), IP, WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 μg/IP. Important: To achieve appropriate staining results, heat-induced epitope retrieval (Citrate buffer,  pH 6.0) is required.
