Usage: ELISA: This antibody has been used as a solution-phase antibody at 2 μg/mL ina two-site ELISA with unconjugated IL-6 antibody (Cat. No. LS-C26496). Typicallly,the ELISA has a working range of 0-10000 pg/mL and sensitivity 5 pg/mL withthe appropriate standard. Recommended sample volumes are 25-200 μL.Recovery of IL-6 added to human plasma is typically >85 % in the ELISA. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
