Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. at 0.75 μg/mL, the dilution provides 100 mL working solution, which 10 ml/blot allows 10 blots to be performed. When examining phosphorylation of endogenous IKKa protein, we recommend that IKKa first be immunoprecipitated. Positive control: Immunoprecipitates prepared from lysates of Jurkat cells, treated with TNF-a.
