  • Application Notes
    Approved: Flo, IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB (1:25)

    Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2 μg/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A. Western Blot: 1:25 for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:100-1:200 for 20 minutes at RT. Requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Positive control: Raji cells. Tonsil, lymph node, or small intestine.
