Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 36 kDa band in human peripheral blood mononucleocytes lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.1. The 36 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
