Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 55-60 kDa band observed in Jurkat, A431 and NIH-3T3 lysates (predicted MW of 62 kDa according to NP_002028.1). Recommended for use at 0.2-1 μg/mL.
