ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 55 kDa band observed in human duodenum and human lung lysates (calculated MW of 54.4 kDa according to NP_005114.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
