Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/16000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. This antibody detects a approx. 60 kDa band in lysates of cell lineK562. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 20 kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

EIF2B4, also called eIF2B delta is part of the eIF2B complex, which contains 5 subunits. It catalyzes the exchange of eukaryotic initiation factor 2-bound GDP for GTP (referenced from swissprot).Synonyms: Translation initiation factor eIF-2B subunit delta, eIF-2B GDP-GTP exchange factor subunit delta
