Application Notes: ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approx 100  kDa band observed in Human Brain (Hippocampus, Cerebral Cortex and Cerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of 93.8  kDa according to NP_006171.2). Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2μ,g/mL.
