Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100.
ELISA: 1:1000-1:3000.
Western Blot 1:100-1:300.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. When using formalinfixed paraffin-embedded tissues a high temperature antigen demasking procedure is required (10mM citrate, pH 6.0, boiling tissue for 10-20 mins followed by cooling at RT for 10-20 mins.). The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
