- Restrictions
- For Research Use only
-
- Format
- Lyophilized
- Reconstitution
- Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
- Buffer
- Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
- Storage
- 4 °C,-80 °C
- Storage Comment
- Reconstituted protein stable at -80°C for 12 months, 4°C for 1 week. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Expiry Date
- 12 months

- Alternative Name
- IL-7R alpha (IL7R Products)
- Synonyms
- IL7R Protein, CD127 Protein, IL-7Ralpha Protein, CDW127 Protein, IL-7R-alpha Protein, IL7RA Protein, ILRA Protein, IL-7RA Protein, interleukin 7 receptor Protein, IL7R Protein, Il7r Protein
- Background
- IL-17R alpha, IL7Ra, CD127, CDW127, ILRA,Interleukin 7 (IL-7) and its receptor (IL-7R, a heterodimer of IL-7Rα and γc) are essential for normal lymphoid development. IL-7 and IL-7R activate three main pathways: STAT5, PI3K/Akt/mTOR and MEK/Erk, ultimately leading to the promotion of leukemia cell viability, cell cycle progression and growth.
- Molecular Weight
- 51.6 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-75 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
- Pathways
- JAK-STAT Signaling, Regulation of Leukocyte Mediated Immunity, Production of Molecular Mediator of Immune Response, Regulation of Cell Size
