Immunogen: Recombinant human p53. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse X63Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.

Application Details

Application Notes: Western Blot: 1/1000. Immunoprecipitation. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1/1000, This product does require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections, Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose. Recommended Positive Control: Colon or breast carcinoma.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
