Western Blotting (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
    Specificity
Recognizes human Aurora-A kinase, a 46kD serine/threonine kinase involved in mitotic spindle assembly. Aurora-A is reported to be overexpressed in many epithelial cancers and is thought to play an important role in tumorigenesis. Clone Recognizes an epitope within the non-catalytic N-terminal domain of Aurora-A. Clone 35C1 does not inhibit Aurora-A kinase activity.
    Purification
    Protein G purified
    Immunogen
    Recombinant Aurora-A.

    Type of Immunogen: Recombinant protein
    Isotype
    IgG2b
