    Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:5-1:20 (Alcohol or formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded). Positive control: HeLa cells, A431 cells, WI-38 human fibroblasts, Xenopus cytosol and NIH 3T3 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
