Immunoblotting: 1 µg/mL for AP/BCIP/NBT (MTT) detection, 0.2 µg/mL for HRP/ECL detection Immunocytochemistry: use at 0.1-1 µg/mL ELISA: use at 0.05 µg/mL Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
