Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa band seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human tonsil, stains mantle zone and to a lessser extent germinal centre. Recommended concentration, 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
