Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Purification
RAC2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
RAC2 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of RAC2.

Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 20 kDa band observed in lysates of human tonsil lysate (calculated MW of 21.4 kDa according to NP_002863.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human tonsil, stains most cells in the mantle zone and interfollicular area. In the germinal centres the majority of cells are negative. Recommended concentration 0.3 μg/mL. IHC data were obtained with a previous batch.
