INDO antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
INDO antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of INDO.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approximately 28 kDa and 25 kDa in lysates of human spleen and tonsil and in mouse brain lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands). Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human colon shows textured staining in the cytoplasm of absorptive cells. Recommended concentration, 4-6μg/mL
