Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 55 kDa band observed in human colon lysates (calculated MW of 55.3 kDa according to NP_000860.1. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. A minor band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 200 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
