Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 45 kDa band observed in Molt4 lysate (calculated MW of 54.0 kDa according to NP_055257.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Nutku at al, Blood. 2003 Jun 15,101 (12) :5014-20., PMID: 12609831). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL.
