  • Restrictions
    For Research Use only
  • Format
    Lyophilized
    Reconstitution
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
    Buffer
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 5 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

  • Target
    LAG3 (Lymphocyte-Activation Gene 3 (LAG3))
    Alternative Name
    LAG3 (LAG3 Products)
    Synonyms
    CD223 Protein, LAG-3 Protein, Ly66 Protein, lymphocyte activating 3 Protein, lymphocyte-activation gene 3 Protein, LAG3 Protein, Lag3 Protein
    Background
CD223, FDC, LAG3, LAG-3, sLAG-3,LAG-3, is a protein which in humans is encoded by the LAG3 gene, which is a cell surface molecule with diverse biologic effects on T cell function. It is an immune checkpoint receptor and as such is the target of various drug development programs by pharmaceutical companies seeking to develop new treatments for cancer and autoimmune disorders.
    Molecular Weight
46.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
    UniProt
    Q61790
    Pathways
Regulation of Leukocyte Mediated Immunity, Positive Regulation of Immune Effector Process, Cancer Immune Checkpoints
