Specificity
- This antibody detects the 62 kDa c-myc gene product, which is involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and cell growth. This antibody may also be used to detect the commonly used c-myc tag.

Application Notes

Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Membranepermeabilisation is required for this application. Immunoflourescence. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections.
