Application Notes: Approved: Flo, IHC, IHC-P, WB (0.5 - 1 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:10-1:20 for 60 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Raji cells, Colon carcinoma.
