Purpose: Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against native SERPINE1.

Specificity: This antibody reacts with human PAI-1s from endothelial cells. No reactivity with human PAI-2. Identity established by double diffusion with human PAI-1 isolated from human endothelial cells (HUVEC) culture and recombinant PAI-1 expressed in E.coli. No other proteins so far tested showed greater than 1 % cross reaction.

Immunogen: Native purified human SERPINE1 from the HT 1080 fibrosarcoma cell line.
