Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approx 85-90  kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines A549 and MCF7 (calculated MW of 58.2  kDa according to NP_000490.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings with different antibodies from other commercial sources.
