Application Notes: Approved: IHC, IHC-P (3.75 μg/mL), Peptide-ELISA (1:64000)

Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 75  kDa band in Human, Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle, Heart and Brain lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 131  kDa according to NP_001037.1. The 75  kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
