    Specificity

STAT3 (Phospho-Tyr705) Antibody detects endogenous levels of STAT3 only when phosphorylated at Tyr705.

    PhosphorylationH:Y705 M:Y705 R:Y705

    Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
    Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human STAT3 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr705.
    Isotype
