Purification: NRAS antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: NRAS antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of NRAS.

Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 21 kDa band observed in human lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 21.2 kDa according to NP_002515.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing NRAS bands of approximately 21 kDa and 25 kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human small intestine shows staining of cytoplasm and membrane of enterocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL.
